The aim of this course is to educate employees on the importance of the company brand and what brand means. It is aimed at all levels of employees, regardless of their time in the company. It demonstrates the dangers than can negatively affect a brand: including employees damaging its reputation and what they can do to positively affect the brand. The course also discusses ways the brand can be elevated, which is done though engaging activities and looking at case studies of Cult Brands and how their successful strategies can be adopted to stimulate brand growth.
Where and When?
This course is run in-person, with one of our facilitators coming to your business location. The course runs for half a day and can accommodate up to 12 participants.

What if I don't have 12 team members?
If you only have a few members who require this training, we can also facilitate those needs. We arrange venues and dates around the country to suit your needs so we can support you in a flexible way.

How much does it cost?
For an in-house course, delivered from your business location, it costs £900 + expenses. However, if you wanted two courses run on the same day with two different groups we would discount the cost of each course to £850 + expenses.
If you prefer to join one of our public events, hosted at venues around the UK, the costs is £170 per candidate. This includes refreshments throughout the course.
